Four Seasonal Creative Coaching Groups
Winter Saturday 8th February 2025
You are welcome to a unique creative space of peace, to meditate on the seasons, draw, paint and write in comfort, inspired by your own life. Time to discover your experiences, hopes and dreams. A pause to brew and grow. The morning is mostly life coaching/journaling, the afternoon choose to continue to write or create with paper, paints, petals and scraps. A relaxed, rejuvenating journey of self-discovery and joy awaits.
Kate has run many retreats here over the years, alongside her own life journey. Not a leader but a compassionate and encouraging companion. Inspiring your transitions in life from past to present and into a bright future. An experienced therapist/coach at ease with groupwork and the wonderful magic of creativity, symbolism and myth to realise your hidden gifts.
Comfortable surroundings, sofas, cosy kitchen and conservatory to create; garden to contemplate and get closer to nature. A little oasis in a busy world.
Warm wood burner, home-made lunch and raw cake await.
